Frontend: CSS\HTML issues that pertain to look and feel

- AudioGuy - would volunteer to do cleanup of css (which really should be done before any 'skin' type changes) I have a pretty good idea where the bodys are buried now.
- If someone else is tasked with this, would like to submit some suggestions about how to do this.
