	I was a bit confused by the references to submitting things "within 10 days before" a meeting. I changed one instance to something I thought made more sense but left the other just in case I got it wrong. I would have thought submissions to the foundation could be made any time before the meeting as long as there is some time (10 days) to review submssions before motioning them at the meeting.
